Order Fulfillment

Whether you place an order in our store or online,
our goal is to fulfill your order accurately and quickly. We're implementing new processes in 2024 with those two goals in mind. 

Shipping
Depending on the time of year (high demand time vs. low demand time), Items are typically shipped within a few business days of when an order is placed. If a particular item takes longer to prepare, such as an appliqued sweatshirt, or if we're waiting for a shipment to arrive in order to fill your order, you will be notified if an item has paused the order fulfillment process.
