St. Ignatius School

Established in 1890 by the Religious of the Sacred Heart, St. Ignatius School is a PreK3 to 8th grade Catholic school in historic Grand Coteau, LA. In 1956, the name of the school was changed from Sacred Heart Parochial School to St. Ignatius School. How fitting as St. Ignatius is the patron saint of schools. 

The principal of St. Ignatius School is Cindy Prather.
