Shipping policy

Shipping
Items are typically shipped within a few business days of when an order is placed. Unless a particular item takes longer to prepare, such as appliqued sweatshirts, or if we're waiting for a shipment to arrive in order to fill your order. In which case you will be notified if an item has paused the order fulfillment process.

 Exchange Policy

We gladly accept exchanges (pending availability of items) of unused and unworn items, within 30 days of the original purchase. Please note, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returning your item, as shipping costs are non-refundable.

To exchange your item, please email partners@uniformitylafayette with:
- Name on order
- Order Number
- Item and size you wish to exchange for

You will then need to ship your item(s) to:

Order Cancellations
If you make an order by mistake, please email partners@uniformitylafayette.com with your name, order number, and items you wish to cancel. You can cancel your order for a full refund if your item(s) have not yet shipped.

Once your item has shipped, we can no longer cancel your order.
